Do not cook or use boiling water as sensitive vitamins and minerals will be destroyed.
Adult: 100 gram serving for an adult will provide 100% of NRV.
Children: 50 gram serving will provide almost 50% of NRV for children 4 years and older.
Add one serving (50 g sachet) or 4 tablespoons to 125 ml (1/4 cup) of cooled boiled water. Mix well until you reach the desired consistency.
